Class will begin with a Do Now in which they will cite a book and website using MLA. The class will then discuss History Fair and required written material. The student will be given time in class to finish their process paper and bibliography. Homework is to work on History Far.
Tuesday:
Class will begin with a Do Now about religious freedom. Then students will read as a class and take notes on The New England Colonies.

Wednesday:
Class will begin with a Do Now where students will make pictures for vocab words. Students will then finish notes on the New England colony. The class will then do a Kegan activity on The Witch Trails.
Thursday:
Class will begin with a Do in which they will fill out a graphic organizer about the New England colonies. The class will then take part in a reader’s theatre about the Salem witch trials. The class will then do a kegan activity about the Salem witch trials. If time allows students will take notes on The southern and Middle colonies.
Friday:
Class will begin with a Do Now quiz about the new England colonies. The students will then take notes on the middle and southern colonies. The class will then fill out a graphic organizer comparing the new England, middle and southern colonies.
